This Privacy Policy explains how Misaka Network Services LLC (“Misaka Network”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit misakasys.com (the “Website”), contact us, or work with us as a client.
1. Who we are
Misaka Network Services LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, USA (File No. 10305106). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us using the details in Contact us below.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us or otherwise get in touch, we receive whatever you choose to share — usually your name, email address, company name, phone number and details about your project. Clients may also provide billing details and materials needed for their project.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is loaded: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these logs only to operate and secure the Website.
- Language preference. If you switch the Website’s language, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the Website remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party tracking pixels on the Website.
3. Third-party services on the Website
The Website loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these files, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information. Google’s handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- reply to your inquiries and provide support;
- prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for;
- send invoices and keep business and accounting records;
- keep the Website and our systems secure and prevent abuse;
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only:
- with service providers that help us run our business — such as hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers — who may use it only to provide their services to us;
- when required by law, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of Misaka Network, our clients or others;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case it remains subject to this policy.
6. Apps we build
When we build an app for a client, the client publishes it, is responsible for its privacy practices, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to it.
For any app published under the name Misaka Network Services LLC, the data it collects is described in its App Store privacy details and in this policy, or in an app-specific privacy policy linked from its App Store listing.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or for as long as the law requires — for example, for tax and accounting records.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw your consent.
To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children’s privacy
The Website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law where they live. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
